Delete your account

Deleting your account removes your profile, posts, comments, saves, citations and any connected podcast from Cit.ED. It cannot be undone.

How

Email support@cit.education from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm by reply and delete within 7 days.

In-app deletion (Profile → Edit profile → Delete account) is coming in the next update.

Plus subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel it in your phone's subscription settings first.
